Returns Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If you have just changed your mind and wish to return your purchase you will need to pay the return shipping cost. Further to this we will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act with respect to faulty and/or defective products. To arrange for a return please e-mail email@example.com. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify use as soon as possible and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced.

Availability On occasion it may just happen that an item you have ordered has just made its way home with another happy customer before our website has had time to update. Should such an event occur you will be notified immediately and our helpful staff will assist you in finding a replacement item, advise on timing to have the item re-ordered from our suppliers or in the event that neither of these outcomes provides an answer we will refund your money.
Security Payment is via credit card only and these payments are processed through DPS. DPS is an electronic payment service that enables businesses to safely and securely accept and process customer payments by credit or charge card via a website.
Online Security At Teeny Tiny we are committed to safe shopping. When you input your card details, they are sent to DPS in encrypted code using 128bit encryption technology and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 within New Zealand.
We use Fastway Couriers to deliver all of your purchases. All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt and as such we do not courier to PO Boxes. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. We are able to provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online within transit. If you require the tracking number, please email us at email@example.com.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left in your letterbox. Your parcel will then be taken to your closest depot awaiting collection or re-delivery.
All orders that have been received and paid for before 1pm on weekdays will be posted that afternoon. Orders received after 1pm will be sent out the following morning. Any orders placed on a Friday afternoon after 1pm or during the weekend will be posted out on Monday morning.
