SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How will my order be delivered?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 within New Zealand.
We use Fastway Couriers to deliver all of your purchases. All deliveries require a signature and we do not courier to PO Boxes. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. We are able to provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online whilst in transit. If you require the tracking number, please email us at wendy@teenytiny.co.nz.
How soon will my order arrive?
What are the delivery costs?
I have received a faulty product can I return?
Yes you can. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify use as soon as possible and we will gladly work with you to have the item returned or replaced.
Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If you have just changed your mind and wish to return your purchase you will need to pay the return shipping cost. Further to this we will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act with respect to faulty and/or defective products. To arrange for a return please e-mail wendy@teenytiny.co.nz. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

What is your Privacy Policy?
Teeny Tiny Limited respects your privacy. We will not retain your payment details or pass your information on to any other company or third party. We require the collection of personal information in order to ensure we can send you your new purchase/s as quickly and accurately as possible. By placing an order with Teeny Tiny you authorise us to send you, from time to time, our promotional emails, newsletters and information on the most relevant sales offers/new products to you. If you do not wish to receive our newsletters please click 'unsubscribe'.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Payment is via credit card only and these payments are processed through DPS. DPS is an electronic payment service that enables businesses to safely and securely accept and process customer payments by credit or charge card via a website. At Teeny Tiny we are committed to safe shopping. When you input your card details, they are sent to DPS in encrypted code using 128bit encryption technology and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We do not store or record any credit card information at any stage in the transaction. Please contact us should you have any further questions.

When should I attend each session?
Each session has a guideline as to the age of your baby.
Newborn 6- 16 weeks
On the Move 4-6 months
Crawler 7-11 months
Walker 12-18 months
Literacy and Numeracy 2-5 years
How do I know when and where a session is?
Please see our calendar for information about all the sessions on offer. If the dates dont work of you simply email me and we can work together.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes I do. The session is held in your home to allow for a comfortable and relaxed setting at a time best for you and your baby.
Please enquire.
I don’t have enough people to arrange a group session what can I do?
Not a problem, please contact wendy@teenytiny.co.nz as we can often combine groups to reach minimum numbers.
